Fringe Opens With 30th Cavalcade
Through the streets of Edinburgh winds the Festival Fringe Cavalcade. Starting at 2.30pm, more than 3,000 performers will take part to make sure that every Edinburgh resident who hasn”t hired out their flat and high-tailed it to Aberfeldy for the month will realise what a mistake they’ve made. It follows the traditional route for any major floats parade in Edinburgh, namely The cavalcade starting on Market Street, across Waverley Bridge and down Princes Street into Lothian Road and CastleTerrace.
