Links to the Fringe Podcast - Wednesday 3rd August 2005
A big welcome to all our visitors from Boing-Boing (we saw the stats, there’s a lot of you). Our preview podcast can be found here. Yes I know Bill Hicks dies in 1994. I would very much love Bill to come back as well. My PDA has a recurring entry marked “Bill met his flying saucer” for Feb 26th. I am of course referring to Bill Hicks -Slight Return, a play that is based on the premise that “The greatest comedian ever returns from the dead for one more show…”
In other links, Scotpod (the site for all things Scottish in the podcasting world) picks up the Fringe Podcast. If anyone can translate this site and the link to the Fringe Podcast, I’d be ever so thankful. Jacek Rutkowski, a well known blogger in mobile circles, perhaps misses the point about a podcast “about some local Scottish Festival.”

Hello,
Thank you for visiting our website. Podium is dedicated to provide a comprehensive resource in Japan for podcasting, including news, how-tos and reviews from all over the world.
The entry on August 3 that you have linked to was a list of podcasts with brief introductions and reviews to the Japanese audience that the Podium team listened to that day, including the Rock show and the Edinburgh Fringe Show (http://www.po-di-um.net/archives/2005/08/post_16.html). Our English translation on your shows is as follows:
+ The Rock Show
Independent rock music programme. Plays amazingly high-quality music. All podsafe. Registered in AMP. The DJ is Scottish. The language is English.
+ The Edinburgh Fringe Show
Reports the famous Edinburgh Fringe Show in Scotland. Another work of the host, Mr. Ewan Spence, is The Rock Show. The language is English.
Please let us know if you have any questions/comments.
Best Regards,
May Cromer
